PURPOSE
To impact the lives of young ladies across the globe by encouraging the development of character, well-balanced living
and promoting positive self worth by demonstrating the characteristics of women of true character.

MISSION
To globally impact and impart value, balance and character into the lives of young ladies,
so they may in return, convey these values in the community.

OBJECTIVES
Develop the eight component program globally to assist young ladies within faith-based organizations, juvenile
detention centers, educational institutions, community organization, and sports venues.

To develop the character of young ladies from diverse backgrounds between the ages of 8-21;
while teaching them to live well balanced lifestyles and make a positive contributions to society.
As a result this will teach young ladies who successfully complete our program to lead with integrity, discipline and giftedness.
Each young lady will complete the program knowing that she is a leader because of who she is.
